We are a Single Family Office. As a long-term player in the investments field, our investments are focused primarily in Real Estate, alongside to other alternative investments such as buyout of traditional industries, renewable energy, financial assets, and start-ups.
Our establishment is based on a professional team of analysts, legal experts and international tax specialists.
We often initiate and syndicate investment opportunities. We will join as co-investors behind others who share our basic values. Similarly we welcome co-investors who add strategic value to investments led by us.
We consider investments anywhere in Israel, North America and Europe.

OUR APPROACH
We consider ourselves equity investors, and collaborate on a regular basis with other distinguished family offices, investment houses and extremely experienced private individual investors in order to achieve enhanced outstanding results.
We prefer being anchor investors and significant in our investments, and often take a unique hands-on approach and work closely with our portfolio companies to help them think out of the box. We believe that honesty, trust, respect, transparency and collaborations are crucial ingredients for our success.
We look to invest between $500K and $5M per single investment. Larger amounts are possible through co-investment with one or more of our roundtable partners or investment houses that often co-invest together with us.
Typically, we invest in projects with the following characteristics:
· Solid and consistent revenue stream
· Collaboration with top-tier partners
· Clear potential to increase value within the investment period
· Experienced management team and experts
